Charcuterie Knife Workshop
Charcuterie Knife Workshop
Forge a blade that’s as sharp as your taste.
This isn’t just a workshop, It’s an immersive, hands-on forging experience.
You’ll spend four focused hours in the forge, shaping fire, steel, and wood into a one-of-a-kind charcuterie knife that’s as functional as it is beautiful.
Guided by a seasoned blacksmith (that’s me), you’ll create a tool meant for more than cutting — it’s made to carry memory.
What You'll Do:
-
Forge a blade from reclaimed, food-safe steel
-
Learn the fundamentals of blacksmithing, heat treatment, and finishing
-
Select from a curated set of premium wood handle materials
-
Shape, fit, and finish your handle to match your style
-
Walk away with a fully finished, ready-to-use knife — made by your own hands
A Note on the Blade
This is a charcuterie knife — purpose-built for cheese, cured meats, fruit, and general snacking. It’s not a chef’s knife or a survival blade — it’s a beautiful, functional piece for the board, not the butcher block.
Think: elegant utility with a forged finish and handmade character.
For safety reasons, workshops are open to participants aged 18+.
Participants aged 16–17 are welcome only with a parent or legal guardian present at all times.
