Built for the long return, or the place you never left.
This axe carries warmth. Gold in the grain, ember at the heel, a soft green edge like pine in shadow. Forged for memory work — chopping, splitting, striking a rhythm. It feels like home even in unfamiliar hands.

Took this axe on a cottage trip last weekend and it handled everything I threw at it.. some light splitting, delimbing, and tidying of some bigger felled stuff. It’s got a really comfortable grip and feels lighter than it looks, which I appreciated after a long day.
The craftsmanship is awesome. You can tell it’s hand-forged, but nothing feels rough or overbuilt. It’s practical but looks so cool.
Already planning to bring it into Algonquin this summer. Feels like the kind of tool that just gets better with time.
